We planned and built a front-end careers site, providing a compelling overview of what it feels like to work at EMIS Group. We conducted all of the research, both secondary and primary, by creating competitor diagnostics and internal workshops. All of this was to create content that was both accurate and engaging for the careers site.

EMIS Group already had an impressive photo library which they had collected over the years, the project photography was great, but the people photography lacked impact. The Message Partnership conducted a two day photoshoot at two different site locations in Sheffield & Bolton. The result was a catalogue of hero shots, which can be seen throughout the website.


As part of EMIS Group’s content marketing and recruitment strategy, they wanted to create a recruitment video to share on their social media platforms and careers site. The Message Partnership created questions to support the EVP as well as shooting and editing the video. This was to show that EMIS Group support gender balance in an industry that is very male orientated.


EMIS Group’s brand guidelines allowed us to play around with a range of colour palettes. With this, we chose to create unique imagery for their website. This helped EMIS Group to stand out against their competitors in both the software industry and the healthcare industry.
